Certain Educational Institutions Will Lease Their Cafeterias to Entrepreneurs via "E-Auction"
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers (No. 8 from January 11, 2025), amendments and additions have been made to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 132.
According to the Decree, the following amendments and additions have been made to Decree No. 132:

·        The cafeterias of general education and secondary specialized, professional educational institutions will be leased to entrepreneurs through the electronic trading platform "E-Auction" on a competitive basis;

·        The maintenance of records of educational institution cafeterias and their leasing through the "online-ijara.uz" information system;

·        The organization of monitoring and control over the healthy nutrition system in educational institutions;

·        Bringing the names of executive bodies of state power in the Republic in line with legislative acts.
Candidates participating in the auction for leasing cafeterias must meet the following requirements:

·        Registered as a business entity;

·        Have at least 6 months of experience in the catering industry;

·        Possess specialized equipment for working in a cafeteria;

·        Not have any arrears in rent or taxes according to contracts and court decisions.
