Improving the Effectiveness of Crime Prevention in the Social Sector
Social prevention refers to providing legal, social, psychological, medical, pedagogical, and other assistance to individuals who may commit an offense or become its victims.
For effective implementation of social prevention:
· When an administrative offense is registered in the "E-ma'muriy ish" system, a decision on conducting social prevention for the offenders (victims) will be automatically made;
· Daily monitoring of the implementation of each decision will be established;
· The effectiveness of social prevention activities will be evaluated based on the indicators of "local associations' activities" and assistance (KPI).
The heads of mahallas will organize social prevention events in cooperation with local authorities.
In districts with a severe criminogenic situation, at least one "model safe street" and "model safe passage" will be created.
The heads of mahallas and sector leaders who organize such safe zones will receive additional financial incentives from local budgets.
