3.    Monitoring the Transparency of Government Agencies and Organizations
A Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 910 from December 30, 2024, "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Remote Monitoring of Government Agencies and Organizations' Compliance with Obligations Established by Normative Legal Acts in the Area of Ensuring Transparency" has been adopted.
The procedure includes:

·        Fundamentals of remote monitoring

·        Procedure and timelines for conducting remote monitoring

·        Preparation and consideration of the results of remote monitoring

·        Application of enforcement measures based on identified violations
The remote monitoring of government agencies and organizations' compliance with obligations established by legal acts in the area of transparency is carried out by the Anti-Corruption Agency.
Monitoring is conducted both on a planned and unplanned basis.
The Agency does not notify government agencies and organizations about the initiation or conduct of remote monitoring.
As a result of remote monitoring, if violations of legislation are identified, a corresponding report is issued.
The violations identified in the report are forwarded to the relevant government agency or organization as a legal document for enforcement by the Agency.
The legal document for enforcement must be reviewed by the government agency or organization within 10 days of receipt, and the results of the review must be communicated to the Agency in writing.
